Welcome to the non-paralegal services section of the Go with Flo website ("Site"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply specifically to our attorney marketing services, including digital campaigns, SEO, content creation, website design, and social media management ("Marketing Services"). By engaging with these Marketing Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use these services.

1. Scope of Marketing Services

Go with Flo provides Marketing Services to licensed attorneys to enhance their online presence and attract clients. Services include:

Digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, PPC advertising). Content creation. Website design and maintenance. Social media management and email marketing.

These services do not involve legal advice or paralegal work and are separate from our paralegal support offerings.

2. Eligibility

Marketing Services are available only to licensed attorneys or law firms. By using these services, you confirm that you are a licensed attorney and at least 18 years old.

3. Service Agreement

Engagement of Marketing Services requires a written agreement outlining the scope, fees, and timeline. Go with Flo will deliver services as agreed, but results (e.g., client leads, website traffic) are not guaranteed due to factors beyond our control, such as market conditions or search engine algorithms.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for Marketing Services will be outlined in the service agreement. Payment is due as agreed, and late payments may incur fees or result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Go with Flo Content: All marketing materials, designs, and content created by Go with Flo (e.g., website designs, ad copy) remain our property until full payment is received, after which you are granted a non-exclusive license to use them for your practice.Client Content: You grant Go with Flo a non-exclusive license to use your firm’s name, logo, and related materials for the purpose of providing Marketing Services.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to: Provide accurate information about your practice for marketing purposes.Comply with all applicable laws, including advertising regulations for attorneys in Florida (e.g., Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, Rule 4-7).Review and approve marketing materials to ensure compliance with ethical standards.

7. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of your firm’s information and will not disclose it to third parties, except as necessary to provide Marketing Services (e.g., to vendors) or as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Go with Flo is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our Marketing Services, including but not limited to lost profits, reputational harm, or indirect damages. Services are provided "as is" without warranties of specific results.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools (e.g., Google Ads, social media platforms) to deliver Marketing Services. We are not responsible for the performance, policies, or downtime of these third-party services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the Marketing Services agreement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment for services rendered. We may suspend services for non-payment or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Florida.
